Beetroot & Avocado Salad

  • 3 tbsp. Sunflower seeds
  • 500g Precooked beetroot
  • 1 Bowl of radish sprout
  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 tbsp. White balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation time: 20 minutes

    Size: 4 servings


    1. Roast the sunflower seeds in a frying pan without oil until they are golden-brown. Let them dry on a plate.
    2. Prepare the dressing by mixing balsamic vinegar, olive oil, pepper, and salt.
    3. Cut the beetroot in slices.
    4. Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed, and cut them into slices.
    5. Place the avocados and beetroot on plates.
    6. Add the radish sprout and sunflower seeds, and drizzle the salad with the vinaigrette.
