  • Almond milk doesn’t contain any cholesterol or saturated fat. It’s also low in sodium!

Ingredients:

  • 1lb 1-to-1 Gluten-free flour(such as Bob’s red mill)
  • 1.25oz baking powder
  • 7oz unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces (or substitute with cold coconut oil)
  • 13oz of almond milk (or substitute with coconut milk)
  • 2oz honey
  • Preparation time: 20 minutes

    Size: 12 Biscuits

    Instructions:


    1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
    2. Add baking powder to flour.
    3. With a hand mixer or table mixer and a paddle attachment, mix the the flour and butter until a small pea size. Slowly pour in honey and then slowly add milk to the mix and shut off or stop mixing as soon as the milk is incorporated.
    4. Scoop out 2 tablespoons of mixture on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    5. Enjoy while they last!
