Ingredients:

  • 3 Amsety Bars (flavor of your choice)
  • 10 blueberries
  • 10 pineapple slices
  • 10 strawberry halves
  • 10 kiwi slices, halved
  • 10 cantaloupe slices, cubed
  • Preparation time: 10 minutes

    Size: 10 servings

    Instructions:


    1. Slice the Amsety Bars in small cubes. We recommend a mixture of both the peanut butter and dark chocolate flavour.
    2. Take 10 wooden skewers and place the fruits and Amsety bits in any order you wish. We recommend starting with the blueberries and ending with a grape to keep it secure.
    3. Serve upon preparing. We recommend serving them with a greek yogurt dip!
