  • 1/2 cup kale diced

  • 1/2 cup broccoli, florets chopped and stems peeled and julienned
  • 1/2 cup Brussels sprouts, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chicory diced
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 3 Tbs Avocado Oil
  • Cracked pepper to taste
  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
