Peanut Butter Superstar Oats

  • Peanut Butter contains fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals
  • Chia seeds are a great form of protein and aid in weight loss
  • Apples are helpful in cleansing toxins so that the liver doesn’t have to work as hard flushing out toxins

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • Toppings:
  • 1 Amsety Peanut Butter Bar
  • Sliced apples
  • Cranberries
  • Cinnamon
  • Preparation time: 5 minutes

    Size: 1 serving

    Instructions:


    1. In the order listed above, take a mason jar and add almond milk and the chia seeds.
    2. Add the oats, yogurt and stir. Make sure the oats are moist and mixed with the almond milk.
    3. Place the mason jar in the fridge before you go to bed.
    4. In the morning, crumble your Amsety Bar and add the other toppings to your liking.
    5. Enjoy your delicious overnight oats and have a healthy day! To lower your calorie intake you can use half of an Amsety Bar and save the rest for later.
