Pineapple Cucumber Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pineapple, chopped
  • 1 English cucumber, chopped
  • 2 limes, zested and juiced
  • 1⁄3 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbs Coconut Aminos
  • Preparation time: 20 minutes

    Size: 6 Servings

    Instructions:


    1. Combine pineapple and Cucumber in a large bowl.
    2. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
    3. Toss lightly salad with dressing to coat evenly.
    4. Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to serve.
