Spinach, Walnuts & Apples

Ingredients:

  • 400 g Spinach leaves
  • 1 heaped tbsp. Cranberries
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 1/5 Apple
  • Some red peppercorns
  • Salt
  • Preparation time: 20 minutes

    Size: 4 servings

    Instructions:


    1. Wash the spinach and spin dry.
    2. Chop the garlic cloves finely.
    3. Gently fry the walnut kernels in the frying pan.
    4. Add olive oil, garlic, and some apple slices.
    5. Add salt and peppercorns to your liking.
