Tasty AND Healthy!
"I wasn't sure whether I would like these because they are specifically "health" bars which in my experience can often mean a compromise on taste. That was WRONG because these bars are actually DELICIOUS! I really like the texture and how it sort of melts in your mouth. It feels easy to eat as well as to digest. I like knowing that by making these bars a part of my regular diet I can be taking a more active role in supporting my liver health! "I sampled the peanut butter flavor & liked it very much. There were small pieces of peanut butter which gave it a nice crunch. Looking forward to trying the chocolate flavor next."

Healthy Bar
"I am always hesitant when it comes to nutrition bars, most are nothing more than a glorified candy bar, but I thought I would give this one a go. First impression, it was good, I found them to be a little crumbly, the texture is more like a cookie and the flavor was ok, I didn't feel like it was great, but it was ok. The nutrition profile is ok, again not great but better than some, not as good as others, it falls right in the middle. The bar doesn't contain gluten or sodium, which is definitely a win, it has 10g protein, so again not a lot. I guess the question would I buy these again, yes but I would want to try the chocolate next time. I don't do protein bars on a daily basis, but I like to have them on hand."
