Chocolate Pancakes Amsety

  • 2 Dark Chocolate Amsety Bars
  • 7.5 ounces Milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon of honey
  • 5 ounces Gluten Free Flour (Bobs Red Mill 1to1)
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder
  • Preparation time: 20 minutes

    Size: 6 servings (12 waffles)


    1. Chop both Amsety bars into 8th and blend with milk on high until smooth.
    2. Add egg vanilla and honey.
    3. In a bowl sift together the flour and baking powder.
    4. Then pour in your chocolate milk mix and mix together with a hand mixer until smooth. Remember to scrape down your sides of the bowl.
    5. Heat a non stick skillet on medium heat.
    6. Place a 1/4 cup of batter in your skillet and allow to cook 1-2 minutes on each side.
    7. Top with your favorite fruits, honey, or real maple syrup.
    8. Enjoy with your whole family! Studies show that eating together as a family can make you happier!
